Ingredients of Tandoori Aloo Kathi Roll

  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • Salt, to taste
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 2-3 parathas
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • A handful of coriander leaves
  • Butter or ghee, as required

How to Make Tandoori Aloo Kathi Roll

Start by preparing the tandoori aloo mixture. For this, boil the potatoes and then cut them into cubes. Transfer them to a bowl and combine them with all the dry masalas. Mix well and keep aside for half an hour.

Once done, bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes or until they turn golden brown in colour.

Next, heat a paratha on a tawa. Place the prepared tandoori-aloo mixture in the centre. Top it with sliced onions, coriander leaves, and chutney.

Seal all the edges nicely and fold it into a wrap. You can even brush some butter on top. Secure with a toothpick, and serve hot.
