Ingredients of Turmeric Milk Tea
- 1-inch piece of fresh turmeric root
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 inch ginger
- 1/4 inch cinnamon
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- Honey or any preferred natural sweetener (optional)
- 1 tbsp ghee
How to Make Turmeric Milk Tea

Boil turmeric and other whole spices with water. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
