  • 1-inch piece of fresh turmeric root
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 inch ginger
  • 1/4 inch cinnamon
  • A pinch of ground black pepper
  • Honey or any preferred natural sweetener (optional)
  • 1 tbsp ghee

How to Make Turmeric Milk Tea

Boil turmeric and other whole spices with water. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
