Ingredients of Veg Crispy

  • For Batter:
  • 1/2 cup Maida
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • Water (as required)
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 Red Capsicum (Cubed)
  • 1 Yellow Capsicum (Cubed)
  • 1 Green Capsicum (Cubed)
  • 1 cup Cauliflower (Florets)
  • 2 Green Chillies (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ketchup
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
  • 4 tbsp Spring Onions (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Leaves To Garnish
  • Oil For Deep frying
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Veg Crispy

Take a large mixing bowl, add maida, corn flour, pepper, ginger-garlic paste, vinegar, salt and water. Mix everything well until a consistent and smooth paste.

Now add in vegetables of your choice and coat well with batter. Also, deep fry in hot oil, stir occasionally, till veggies turn crunchy and slightly golden brown.

Now heat 2 tsp oil in a kadhai, add garlic cloves, green chillies, spring onion along with all the sauces.
4.
Add the fried veggies, mix well, season according to taste.
5.
Wait for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle coriander leaves and savour!
