Ingredients of Vegetable Parcels

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 packet Mushrooms
  • 1 Carrot

How to Make Vegetable Parcels

Combine some maida, salt, and oil. Create dough using this. Lay it to rest.

Now chop the carrots, onions, mushrooms, and capsicum. Cook the veggies with a little oil, chaat masala, salt, pepper, and red chilli powder.

Now, spread the dough out and place the filling in the centre.

To ensure that the filling is preserved, close this like a potli.

These puffs can now be deep-fried, baked, or even air-fried depending on your preference.

Take them out after they are golden and crisp and enjoy with your chai!
