Ingredients of Veg Tandoori Pulao
- 1 Potato
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 1/2 cup Soya Chunks
- 1 Capsicum
- 1/2 cup Dahi
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 tsp Salt and Pepper
How to Make Veg Tandoori Pulao

Wash the rice, then soak it for a while.

Cut veggies like carrots, potatoes, onions, soy chunks, and capsicums until then.

Now, combine some curd with red chilli powder, salt, pepper, garam masala, coriander powder, and chaat masala in a bowl. Cover this mix on chopped vegetables.

Take the rice and cook them fully. Till then, take the marinated vegetables and cook them in a mix of butter and oil.

When that is ready, toss in your rice and cook.
