Ingredients of 5-minute Poha Ladoo

  • 1 Cup Poha
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • Handful of dry fruits (cashew nuts, raisins)
  • A pinch of Cardamom powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Ghee

How to Make 5-minute Poha Ladoo

Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashew nuts and raisins. Keep aside.

Fry the poha until it turns light brown in colour.
3.
Transfer the poha in a grinder and grind into powder.
4.
Add the jaggery, cardamom powder and grind again.
5.
Transfer it in a bowl, mix the dry fruits and make small ladoos out of the mixture.
