This 5-minute Poha Ladoo is made of poha, jaggery, milk and ghee. It is one of the easiest ladoo recipe you will ever make. Besides, it tastes yummy with rich flavours of ghee, jaggery and cardamom.

Ingredients of 5-minute Poha Ladoo

  • 1 Cup Poha
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • Handful of dry fruits (cashew nuts, raisins)
  • A pinch of Cardamom powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Ghee

How to Make 5-minute Poha Ladoo

Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashew nuts and raisins. Keep aside.

Fry the poha until it turns light brown in colour.
3.
Transfer the poha in a grinder and grind into powder.
4.
Add the jaggery, cardamom powder and grind again.
5.
Transfer it in a bowl, mix the dry fruits and make small ladoos out of the mixture.
