Ingredients of Banana Coffee Cake
- 1/2 cup Butter or margarine
- 1 cup White sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/4 cup All purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Coffee
- 250 ml Hot water
How to Make Banana Coffee Cake

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius . Grease a 9-inch square baking dish. Mix coffee with a cup of hot water.

Beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy; beat in eggs one at a time, allowing each egg to blend into the butter mixture before adding the next.

Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together in another bowl. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture until batter is evenly blended. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
