Ingredients of Bhakarwadi Chaat

  • 1 Cup small bhakarwadis
  • 1 cup kurmura
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 boiled potato, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup sev
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped

How to Make Bhakarwadi Chaat

In a mixing bowl, combine the bhakarwadi with the onion, green chillies, tomato, cucumber, potato, chilli powder and chaat masala.

Mix well and then add the honey, lemon juice, and kurmura.

Add a quarter cup of sev and chopped coriander leaves to this mixture. Combine thoroughly. Taste to adjust salt as required.

Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with remaining sev and coriander leaves. Enjoy immediately.
