Ingredients of Chaat Board
- 500 gms Hung yogurt
- 30 gram Sugar
- 75 gram Pomegranate seeds
- 60 gram Tamarind Chutney
- 100 gram Mint Chutney
- 30 gram Nylon Sev
- 150 gram Assorted Vegetable Chips
- 120 gram Flat Puri
- 30 gram Onion
- 50 gram Vinegar
- 25 gram Crisp Chick Pea
- 5 gram Fresh Coriander
- Mint leaves 15-20 no
How to Make Chaat Board

Hang regular yogurt about 1.5kg over night in a muslin cloth to get 500g thick hug yogurt

Next day, remove and put in a bowl and whisk till creamy and put in a piping bag. Add 30g sugar and mix till it dissolves.

Boil vinegar and add thinly cut onion and add salt and leave for a few hours to get pickled onions

Pipe the yogurt on a wooden board and serve with chips and puris around it

Drizzle with both chutneys and sev

Garnish with pomegranate seeds, mint and coriander leaves
