Ingredients of Cheese & Herb Potato Wedges
- 3-4 Large potato
- 3-4 tsp olive oil
- 2 Garlic
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 Thyme
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1/3 cup cheese
How to Make Cheese & Herb Potato Wedges

Preheat the oven at 450 C. Cut the potatoes in a half length wise.

Take a cooking sheet place all the potatoes and add olive oil along with all herbs and spice Mix them well.

Bake these potatoes for about 30-40 mintues or until they turn brown and crispy.

For spicy cheese sauce, take a bowl put cheese into the bowl add chilli flakes and herbs into it, give it a mix.

Now serve them hot in your favorite plate.
