Ingredients of Cheese & Herb Potato Wedges

  • 3-4 Large potato
  • 3-4 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Garlic
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 Thyme
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1/3 cup cheese

How to Make Cheese & Herb Potato Wedges

  • 1.Preheat the oven at 450 C. Cut the potatoes in a half length wise.
  • 2.Take a cooking sheet place all the potatoes and add olive oil along with all herbs and spice Mix them well.
  • 3.Bake these potatoes for about 30-40 mintues or until they turn brown and crispy.
  • 4.For spicy cheese sauce, take a bowl put cheese into the bowl add chilli flakes and herbs into it, give it a mix.
  • 5.Now serve them hot in your favorite plate.
