Ingredients of Pistachio Cheesecake
- 300 gms California pistachios, soaked overnight, peeled
- 150 gram cream cheese, room temperature, whisked
- 150 gram white chocolate, melted, warm
- 750 gram milk, warm
- 1/2 tsp almond extract {optional}
- Chocolate ganache
- 50 gram cream
- 35 gram couverture chocolate, chopped
How to Make Pistachio Cheesecake

Blend the ingredients until smooth and pour into a silicon mold.

Place in the freezer for 5-6 hours/until frozen, then demold and leave in the fridge overnight. Gently pour the ganache over and garnish with pistachios.
Chocolate ganache

Heat the cream and add the chocolate to it. Cover and stand until the chocolate melts. Stir until smooth.
