Ingredients of Chicken and Mushroom Pasta
- 2 Cups Pasta
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1 cup Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 cup Grated Cheese
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
How to Make Chicken and Mushroom Pasta

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, coat it with garlic powder, thyme and a little bit of salt and pepper.

Then heat oil in a saucepan, add the chicken chunks and stir fry for some time. Remove and keep aside.

Now, in the same pan, add butter, mushrooms and fry until golden. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Pour in 60ml of white wine and let it reduce until nearly gone. Once done, add chicken stock along with heavy cream and stir for about 5-6 mins.

Meanwhile, boil the pasta. Retain a cup of starchy pasta water before draining.

Add in parsley and parmesan in the saucepan. Season according to the taste, then pour in your pasta.

Stir to coat, then add your chicken pieces. Give it a good stir, using your starchy pasta water to thin out as necessary.

Serve with extra parmesan and enjoy!
