Ingredients of Chicken Stuffed Green Chilli Pakoda
- For gram flour mixture:
- 3 tbsp Besan
- 2 tbsp Maida
- 1/2 tsp Dry coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 150 mililitres Water
- For chicken stuffing:
- 200 gram Chicken breast (minced)
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- to taste Salt
- 10 pieces Green chillies
How to Make Chicken Stuffed Green Chilli Pakoda

Add besan, maida, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl.

Gradually add water and mix. Let it rest for 10mins.

Now, for the chicken stuffing, mix all the dry ingredients and marinate for 5-7mins. Add lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste.

In a pan, add chopped onions and let them cook until light brown.

Add the marinated chicken mince. Cover and cook on low flame until all the water dries out. Let it cool.

Fill the green chillies with the prepared filling. Dip in the besan batter and deep fry until golden brown.

Serve with green chutney and enjoy!
