Ingredients of Crab Chupe
- 1 crab 2 onions - chopped 1 tin red capsicum 2 tbsp butter 2 cups white wine 1 tsp chilli powder 1 cup stock 1 cup parmesan cheese 10 slices white bread - soaked in milk 1 cups fresh cream 4 cloves of garlic - chopped salt pepper
How to Make Crab Chupe

Clean the crab properly and boil till it turns red in colour. Heat butter in a pan and saute the onions. Add chopped garlic, pimento, salt, pepper, white wine and cream. Add the crab-meat and stock to it. Also add chilli powder and mix well. Keep it on low flame and let it boil for about six minutes. Top it up with six to seven tbsp of parmesan cheese. Place the chupe in a pyrex, place the bread on top and cover with the rest of the parmesan cheese. Put in the oven just before serving and let it cook till it becomes golden in colour. Serve hot.
