Ingredients of Desi Masala Poached Eggs
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Chopped onions
- 1/4 cup Chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp Chopped Chillies
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt according to taste
How to Make Desi Masala Poached Eggs

In a small round pan heat some oil.

Add a little chopped onion, coriander, chilies, and the dried spices and gently mix.

After a minute, crack an egg on top of this.

Make sure the flame is on low or medium. After a minute, flip the egg on the other side (Optional).

Now flip it back in 10-15 seconds and take off the heat and serve hot.
