Ingredients of Gobhi Dal Vada
- 1 Cup chana dal
- 1/2 Cauliflower
- 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 Green chillies
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- to taste salt
- to taste red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tbsp besan (gram flour)
- 2 tbsp oil
How to Make Gobhi Dal Vada
1.
Soak chana dal in water for at least 4 hours.

Grate cauliflower. Grind the soaked dal along with green chilies.

Mix grated cauliflower and ground dal mixture. Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Add rice flour and gram flour. Add 2 tbsp oil and knead lightly.

Make round vadas with the mixture and deep fry till golden brown.
