Ingredients of Green Garlic Chutney
- 1 Cup fresh green garlic (chopped, including the green stalks)
- 2-3 green chillies (adjust according to your spice preference)
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of sugar
How to Make Green Garlic Chutney

Wash the green garlic thoroughly and chop it, including the green stalks. You can use both the bulbs and the tender parts of the stalks.

Deseed the green chillies if you prefer a milder chutney. Adjust the number of chillies based on your spice tolerance.

In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped green garlic, green chillies, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
