Ingredients of Gujarati Suva Kadhi
- 1 Cup dahi
- 1/2 cup besan
- 1/2 cup dill
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1-2 green chilli
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- A pinch hing
- 1-2 whole red chilli
- 2-3 tsp curry leaves
- Salt, to taste
- Oil
How to Make Gujarati Suva Kadhi

Whisk dahi and besan with some water to get a runny consistency.

Heat oil, add ginger paste and green chilli and saute until the raw smell of ginger eliminates.
3.
Add dill and saute for a minute or two.
4.
Pour the dahi and besan mix and bring it to boil.
5.
Add salt as per taste.
6.
Finally, prepare a tadka with cumin, mustard, hing, red chilli and curry leaves and add to the kadhi.
7.
And you have delicious suva kadhi ready to be relished.
