Ingredients of Keto Chilli Garlic Paneer
- 500 grams paneer
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 medium capsicum, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- ½ cup spring onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
- Ginger slivers
- Salt (as per taste levels)
- Black pepper (as per taste levels)
How to Make Keto Chilli Garlic Paneer

Take a paneer slab and cut it into small pieces. Season it with salt and pepper and keep it aside.

In a pan, heat some olive oil. Put ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes away. Now add chopped garlic and onions, and saute until they become translucent.

To this add chopped capsicum, spring onions, and green chillies. Saute until they are mushy. Season them with salt and pepper.

After the vegetables become mushy, add vinegar, soy sauce, and chilli sauce to the mixture. Mix well so that all the ingredients are well combined.

Now add the fried paneer cubes in the same pan and mix all the ingredients well. Make sure the paneer is coated well in sauces. Lower the gas burner, and allow the heat to blend in the flavours.

After the paneer is soft, turn off the burner. Garnish it with some more chopped spring onions and ginger slivers, and voila! Your keto chilli garlic paneer is ready to serve!
