Palak leaves are coated in a besan batter and fried until crispy. They are then topped with potatoes and sweet and tangy chutneys. This combination makes for a delicious snack to indulge in during the monsoons.

Ingredients of Palak Chaat
- 5 Fresh palak leaves
- 100 gms Besan
- 1 gm Ajwain
- 100 gms Boiled potato
- 25 gms Green chutney
- 25 gms Sweet chutney
- 50 gms Curd
- 250 gms Oil
- 50 gms Sev
- 25 gms Chopped onion
- 25 gms Chopped tomato
- 10 gms Chaat masala
- Coriander leaves, for garnish
- Pomegranate, for garnish
- to taste Salt
How to Make Palak Chaat

Take 100 gram besan add water, half tea spoon salt, half tea spoon ajwain and make a mixture keep it aside.

Wash the fresh palak leaves and dip them in the besan mixture.

Put oil in a small pan and fry these besan dipped palak leaves on medium flame till it gets crispy and brown.

Put them in plate put mashed potato on it, salt, chaat masala, sweet chutney, green chutney.
5.
Top it with curd, barik sev, chaat masala, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes on it.
6.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and pomogranate. Palak chaat is ready!
