Ingredients of Lehsuni Palak
- 1 large bowl of spinach, blanched and chopped
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tsp chopped green chilli
- 2 whole dry red chillies
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- Salt, to taste
- Tadka, for garnish
- 1 tbsp pure ghee
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp sliced garlic
- 1 whole dry red chilli
- Sliced tomato
How to Make Lehsuni Palak

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, and whole dry red chilli. Fry for a few seconds, then add chopped onion. Sauté until the onions become translucent.

Add chopped green chilli, turmeric, and red chilli powder. Sauté for a few seconds, then add chopped spinach and salt to taste. Continue to sauté for a few minutes, and dish out into a serving dish.

Meanwhile, prepare the tadka with pure ghee, cumin seeds, sliced onion, and whole dry red chilli. Fry for a few seconds until the garlic is golden brown.

Garnish with the prepared tadka and sliced tomatoes.
