Ingredients of Paneer Makhani
- 6 Pieces Butter
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 3 Green Cardamom
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 15-16 cubes Paneer
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1 1/2 tsp Paneer, grated
How to Make Paneer Makhani
1.
Take butter in a pan and spread it all over.

Put cinnamon stick, black cardamom and green cardamom in the pan.

Saute them along with the butter and add tomato puree.
4.
Mix the puree and bring it to boil.
5.
Add salt and bring it to simmer, now add red chilli powder, tomato ketchup, sugar and paneer. Stir.

Keep stirring and add water.
7.
Cover it for a while to let it come to boil.
8.
After a while remove the lid and add kasuri methi, mix well.
9.
Add cream and stir thoroughly to mix the cream well.
10.
Bring to boil and add grated paneer over it to garnish.
11.
Serve hot.
