Ingredients of Ragi Chocolate Pancakes
- 1 Ragi Flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- A pinch of Salt
- 1 large Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Melted butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Fresh fruits, chopped
How to Make Ragi Chocolate Pancakes

Take a bowl and add ragi flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt to it. Mix so that all the ingredients combine well.

In another bowl, whisk an egg along with milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until it’s smooth and lump-free.

Then combine the ingredients of both the bowls and mix. Be careful not to overmix. Some lumps are okay in this consistency. At this point fold in some chocolate chips into the batter for enhanced flavour.

Allow the batter to rest for 10-15 minutes so that the ingredients meld together and create fluffier pancakes.

Take a nonstick pan and heat it over medium heat. Grease the surface lightly with butter and pour ¼ cup of pancake batter onto the surface.

Cook the pancakes for 3-4 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to look set.
7.
Carefully flip the pancakes with a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the pancakes are cooked through and lightly brown.
8.
Once done, remove the pancakes from the heat and transfer them onto a plate. Serve warm alongside freshly cut fruits, honey or even whipped cream!
