Ingredients of Spinach & Banana Pancakes

  • 240 gms rolled oats
  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 gram spinach
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder

How to Make Spinach & Banana Pancakes

Add the oats to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until broken down into a flour like consistency.

Add the milk, spinach, banana, cinnamon, egg and vanilla and blend until the spinach is completely broken down and the batter is smooth.
3.
Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
4.
Heat up a non stick pan and add butter/oil to it.
5.
Pour the pancake batter with a ladle and slightly brown on both sides.
6.
Serve with a side of nut butter or fresh fruits.
