Ingredients of Spinach & Banana Pancakes

  • 240 gms rolled oats
  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 gram spinach
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder

How to Make Spinach & Banana Pancakes

  • 1.Add the oats to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until broken down into a flour like consistency.
  • 2.Add the milk, spinach, banana, cinnamon, egg and vanilla and blend until the spinach is completely broken down and the batter is smooth.
  • 3.Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
  • 4.Heat up a non stick pan and add butter/oil to it.
  • 5.Pour the pancake batter with a ladle and slightly brown on both sides.
  • 6.Serve with a side of nut butter or fresh fruits.
