This sindhi dal is made by using three different dals and that are chana dal, urad dal and green chilka dal. It is then enhanced by a rich and flavourful tadka made by ghee, hing, garlic and cumin seeds.

Ingredients of Sindhi Tidli Dal
- 1/2 Cup Chaana dal
- 1/2 cup Green moong dal
- 1/4 cup Urad dal
- 2 small Tomatoes
- 2 small Green Chillies
- 1/2 tsp Thinly chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- A pinch of heeng
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Chilli powder
How to Make Sindhi Tidli Dal

Take the chaana dal, moong chilka dal and urad dal and soak it in a bowl of water for two hours.

After two hours, pour the dal in a cooker and add salt according to taste, turmeric powder, tomatoes, green chilli and ginger.

Let this cook for three-four whistles.

Then pour the dal into a bowl.

Prepare the tadka by heating the oil and add cumin seeds, heeng, chopped garlic, chilli according to taste.
6.
Pour the hot tadka on top of the tidli dal.
7.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
