Ingredients of Stuffed Gobhi Puri
- For puri:
- 2 cups atta or whole wheat flour
- 3/4 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp turmeric
- to taste Salt
- For cauliflour stuffing
- 1 cup cauliflower, grated
- 1 1/2 tsp green chillies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp peanuts, coarsely pounded, roasted
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
- to taste salt
How to Make Stuffed Gobhi Puri

Start with making puri dough. Combine all ingredients in bowl, add water gradually and make a semi-soft dough using your hands. Cover the dough with a lid, and keep it aside for ten minutes.

Now start with the stuffing, combine all the ingredients together using a spoon and divide them in tiny-ball sized portions of equal size.

Take the dough and pull out small balls. Roll them out thin and place the stuffing in the centre. Fold up the edges together, make sure there are no cracks or crevices.

Use your hands to gently press the dough and with the rolling pin, roll it out flat.

Heat oil in a kadhai, once it is hot, deep-fry the puris in low medium flame. Serve hot.
