  • 1 Cup Urad dal
  • 1 small Grated Carrot
  • 1 cup Grated cabbage
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste

How to Make Gajar Patta Gobhi Vada

Soak urad dal for 4 hours, grind to make thick paste.

Add rest of the ingredients and knead to make light dough.
3.
Divide the dough into small balls.
4.
Flatten the balls with hands and make a small hole in the centre with finger.
5.
Deep fry the vadas and serve hot.
