1.
Take a pan and add some oil to it. After it’s hot, add ginger-garlic paste in it and saute for 30 seconds.
2.
After the rawness of the ginger-garlic paste is gone, add sliced onion and bell peppers to the pan. Saute for a minute and then cover the pan with a lid so that the veggies turn soft and mushy.
3.
Once the onion and pepper become soft, add gobhi (cauliflower) florets to the pan. Mix all the ingredients well and cover so that the gobhi turns a bit soft.
4.
Now add all the spices – turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, and salt over the cauliflower. Mix all the ingredients well.
5.
Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook on low heat for 12-15 minutes. A way to check if your cauliflower is cooked is by inserting a fork into it. If it’s tender, it’s cooked, if not, then let it sit on low flame for another 5-7 minutes.
6.
Once the cauliflower is cooked, remove the lid and allow the excess moisture to evaporate. Give it a good mix before removing it from the burner. Once done, garnish with chopped coriander leaves. And it’s done!
