Ingredients of Thalippu Dosa
- 1 Cup readymade dosa batter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- For tadka:
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 5-10 Curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- A pinch of asafoetida
- Oil (as needed)
How to Make Thalippu Dosa

Heat oil in a pan and add all the tadka ingredients to it. Saute for about a minute.

Take the dosa batter in a bowl and add the tadka to it. Stir well.

In the same hot pan, pour a spoonful of tadka dosa batter and spread it evenly. Let it cook until brown from both sides.
4.
Serve it hot with sambar and cocout chutney.
