There are many ways of exploring and experiencing food and travelling is the best way to do it. When food travels, it transmutes to adapt to the region, people and weather. Together at 12th, a plush restaurant located on the 12th floor of Le Meridian Hotel in Gurugram, recently offered a great opportunity to experience the 'wandering' quality of food. The restaurant joined hands with the dynamic trio of Nadodi from Kuala Lumpur - Chef de cuisine, Sricharan Venkatesh, Head of Beverage Programme, Akshar Chalwadi, and Brand Director, Kartik Kumar, to showcase almost a vivid story on how food travels. One of India's top Bar and Beverage Consultant, Nitin Tewari along with Chef Vanshika Bhatia, curated this immersive event that was held for two days on September 13 and 14, 2019.

Nadodi and Together walked the visitors though an enticing transformative culinary journey. Nadodi, meaning ‘Nomad' or ‘Wanderer' in Tamil and Malayalam, started its operations in 2017 in Kuala Lumpur. The restaurant based it cuisine on the comforting, unique flavours and ingredients that South Indians who have settled in the Malay Peninsula and Singapore, brought with them. To offer an authentic ‘Nadodi' experience, Chef Sricharan Venkatesh and Chef Vanshika Bhatia put forth a special 9-course menu. Akshar Chalwadi and Nitin Tewari created a stirring beverage menu that complemented the food perfectly.
Two expansive packages were offered - INR 4500 AI for the 9-course menu paired with non-alcoholic beverages and INR 6000 AI for the 9-course menu paired with cocktails/wine.

Together At 12th is a young, trendy, colourfully vibrant restaurant that offers a unique experience to the eaters with its Freestyle World Cuisine. It believes in celebrating India by serving seasonal food produced from the locally sourced produce. Their ambrosial European dishes and several local Indian specials, paired with some drool-worthy cocktails and mocktails, give you a rare dining experience and some memorable moments.
