Ingredients of Aubergine Raita

  • 400 Gram Curd
  • 1 large Aubergine
  • 1/2 tsp Ground green chillies
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Mint, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • To taste Salt

How to Make Aubergine Raita

1.
Make slits on the aubergine.
2.
Insert garlic cloves and Roast.
3.
Mash the aubergine and combine with curds, chillies, mint leaves and seasoning.
4.
Saute cumin seeds in hot oil and add to the raita.
