This recipe of biryani is not only delicious but also quite easy-to-make and fuss-free unlike other biryani recipes that take quite a lot of time to absorb the flavor of all the ingredients.

Ingredients of Egg Omelette Biryani

  • 2 Cup Basmati Rice
  • 2 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • A pinch of Saffron
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Corinader seeds
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 5-6 Cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup Any Veggies
  • 1 medium Sliced onions
  • to taste Salt
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Chopped coriander

How to Make Egg Omelette Biryani

Firstly, rinse and soak the rice. Then, boil the rice until 70% cooked.

Meanwhile, heat ghee in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, corinader seeds, cloves and onion in the oil. Let it splutter.

Once done, add cashew nuts and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.

Then add veggies and mix everything well. let it cook for about 10 minutes.

Once done, drain the rice and pour it over the veggie mixture.

Cover the pan for 10 minutes. Then add coriander leaves, fried onion and saffron on top it.
7.
Heat oil in a seperate non stick pan, whisk eggs in a container, add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and beat well.
8.
Pour blended egg on the pan and let it cook from both sides.
9.
Place it over the biryani and serve with salan, mint chutney and onion rings.

You can also any meat according to your choice.
