Ingredients of Gond Ke Ladoo
- 1 Cup Gond
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts
- 1 cup Makhana
- 1 Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 cup Sugar Powder
- Desi Ghee
How to Make Gond Ke Ladoo

Heat ghee in a pan and fry the gond little by little in it. It should not remain raw from the middle, it should be completely fried and fried.

After frying keep the gum aside. Now roast almonds, cashews and makhana one by one in a pan and let it cool down.

Again heat a tablespoon of ghee in a pan and add wheat flour and fry it well.

Coarsely grind almonds and cashew nuts, in the same way grind makhana.

At the same time, crush the gum (gond) with the help of a ladle or any other thing.

Now take gum in a bowl, add dry fruits, makhana and roasted flour, powdered sugar and cardamom powder.

If needed, heat a spoonful of ghee and put it in it and make laddus by mixing all the things well with your hands.
