- 2 sea bass fillets
- 250 gms strawberries
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp bhuna jeera
- 1 tbsp black salt
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mustard sauce
- 50 gms coriander stems
- Salt

Season the fish with salt & pepper powder & fry it in olive oil.
