- Scallop
- 50 ml oil
- Salt/pepper to taste
- 15 gm butter
- Togarashi
How to Make Pan Seared Scallop

Marinade the scallops with oil salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick pan, add some oil.

When the pan is hot place the head of the scallop on the pan, wait for 30 seconds and turn, the head should be nicely seared with a golden-brown colour.

Add butter to the pan and baste both the sides until it's cooked.
4.
Sprinkle some togarashi and top it with black garlic aerated hollandaise, some micro greens for the beauty and fill your mouth with joy.
