Juicy sea bass fillets are fried to perfection and served along with a flavorful chutney made of strawberries, balsamic vinegar, cumin and other aromatics.

Ingredients of Kasundi Sea Bass With Strawberry Chutney

  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 250 gms strawberries
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp bhuna jeera
  • 1 tbsp black salt
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp mustard sauce
  • 50 gms coriander stems
  • Salt

How to Make Kasundi Sea Bass With Strawberry Chutney

1.Season the fish with salt & pepper powder & fry it in olive oil.
2.In another pan add chopped strawberries, balsamic vinegar, bhuna jeera, black
3.salt, pepper powder & sugar, allow it to cook.
4.Add fish on a platter of greens.
5.Pour some mustard sauce mixed with olive oil on it followed by strawberry chutney.
