- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 ½ tsp Malvani masala
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 quart oil for frying
How to Make Konkani Fried Chicken

In a large skillet, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add shallots and minced garlic, cooking until softened for 2-3 minutes.
