Ingredients of Oats Masala Vada
- 1 Oats
- 1/3 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1-2 Green Chillies
- 1 Inch Ginger
How to Make Oats Masala Vada

Take oats and grind it then add it to a bowl.

To this add, rice flour, ginger, green chillies, salt and pepper and mix.

Then add curd to form a dough. Make sure that the curd is not too light in texture.

Once the dough is ready, make roundels from it and deep-fry till crisp and golden.

Then take it out and enjoy!
