Ingredients of Pal Khova

  • 2 Litre milk
  • 2 tbsp thick yogurt
  • 20 drops sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

How to Make Pal Khova

Boil milk in a non-stick pan. Add yogurt and mix well. When the milk starts to curdle, add sugar substitute, cream and stir continuously till the mixture thickens.·

Add cardamom powder and mix well. Remove from heat, transfer into a bowl and cool to room temperature.
3.
Transfer in individual serving bowls and serve immediately.
