Ingredients of Pal Khova

  • 2 Litre milk
  • 2 tbsp thick yogurt
  • 20 drops sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

How to Make Pal Khova

  • 1.Boil milk in a non-stick pan. Add yogurt and mix well. When the milk starts to curdle, add sugar substitute, cream and stir continuously till the mixture thickens. ·
  • 2.Add cardamom powder and mix well. Remove from heat, transfer into a bowl and cool to room temperature.
  • 3.Transfer in individual serving bowls and serve immediately.
