Ingredients of Rice Paper Veggie Wraps With Protein
- 6 Rice Paper sheets
- 6 Lettuce leaves
- 5-6 Chopped Mushroom
- 1 cup Bell Peppers (thinn slices)
- 1 large Carrot (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup Cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 2 Stalks Green onions
- 1/2 cup Alfa-alfa or steamed regular sprouts
- 1/2 cup Paneer or tofu
- 2-3 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Sweet Chilli Paste
How to Make Rice Paper Veggie Wraps With Protein

Saute all vegetables then add sprouts and sauces. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Once done, add paneer/tofu.

Fill a large bowl with lukewarm water, dip a sheet of rice paper and remove immediately.

Now, pat off excess water and lay the sheet down on a cutting board or any flat surface. Put a lettuce leaf and fill the centre with saute vegetables and paneer/tofu.

Wrap up the burrito and place it on a plate.
5.
Repeat the same process with the remaining sheet.
6.
Eat with green chutney or hummus for extra protein.
