Ingredients of Stuffed Makhmali Chicken Tikka

  • 1 Cup Cream
  • 3 Chicken Fillet , sliced
  • 1/2 cup Hung Curd
  • 1 tbsp Green Chili Paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Zeera Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Gram Flour
  • To make stuffing:
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Green Coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Stuffed Makhmali Chicken Tikka

Mix cream, curd, onion powder, green chili paste, ginger paste, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, black pepper, cumin powder and roasted gram flour in a bowl.

Add chicken pieces to it and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare the stuffing. Mix the things mentioned above.

Grind the chicken and place the stuffing on it, roll it and put it in the square with capsicum.
5.
Put a little oil in a pan and fry it by rotating it from all sides.
6.
Serve with favorite chutney.
