Ingredients of Tandoori Tangdi Kebab
- 500 Gram Chicken Drumsticks
- 50 gram Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 2 tsp ginger - garlic paste
- Juice of 2 lemons
- to taste Salt
- Red Chilli Powder
- Turmeric
- Garam Masala
- Coriander Powder
- Dry Mango Powder
- Chaat Masala
How to Make Tandoori Tangdi Kebab

Preparation: Marinate Chicken Drumsticks with the listed ingredients and add all spices as per taste. Keep the marinated chicken in the fridge for atleast 45 minutes.

Chicken Tangdi Kebab can be grilled in an oven or an air-fryer. For over, pre-heat your over for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. For air fryer, cooking time is 18 to 34 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.

In a oven tray, place a baking sheet and spray with olive oil. Place chicken legs on the baking sheet and let it grill in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Once charred, remove the chicken legs onto a serving dish and garnish with lemon juice, chaat masala and coriander leaves.
