Ingredients of No-Oil Dahi Kebab
- 2 Cups hung curd
- 1 cup paneer, grated
- 1/4 cup besan
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp haldi
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt, to taste
- A handful of coriander leaves

To make these kebabs, first add the hung curd, paneer, onion, besan, red chilli powder, garam masala, haldi, ginger-garlic paste, jeera powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.

The mixture will be thick enough for you to make small kebabs out of it.

Now, take a plate and spread breadcrumbs on it. Spread the prepared curd-paneer kebabs in it and make sure they are evenly coated.

Transfer them to a baking tray lined with butter paper and bake at 180 degrees C for about 25-30 minutes, or until they become golden brown and crispy.

No-oil dahi kebabs are now ready to be savoured. Serve hot along with chutney and enjoy.
