Ingredients of Tibetan-Style Chicken Thukpa
- Half Kg chicken- (small chicken pieces)
- 1 onion , chopped
- 1 cup capsicum , chopped
- 2 cups spinach , chopped
- 1 cup cabbage , chopped
- 1 cup peas
- 1 carrots , chopped
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- 5-6 garlic buds
- 2 green chili
- 2 cups noodles
- Fresh coriander
- Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1/2 tbsp red chili
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
How to Make Tibetan-Style Chicken Thukpa

Boil noodles. Strain water and keep them aside

In a wok boil chicken with garlic, salt, and pepper.

In a pan add some chopped garlic and green chilies. Then add all the chopped vegetables.

Add salt, red chili powder, and pepper to it. Now add soy sauce and vinegar.
5.
Once cooked, add the vegetables to the chicken broth. Now add the noodles to it.

Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves and squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
