In this yummy recipe, Jyoti has used many high protein ingredients for the filling and has also pan-fried it in a piece of bread, rather than using the traditional maida crust of samosa.

To make this dish, first, take a pan and add chopped garlic and onion and cook. Next, throw in soaked soya granules, spinach, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala and mango powder. Combine everything well.
Now take a bread and cut the edges, roll it out to flatten it. Make a slurry from wheat and water and spread it on the bread. Give it a shape of a samosa and then put in the prepared filling. Close the edge of the bread and pan fry till golden brown. Once done, serve and enjoy!
