Ingredients of Adrak Masala Chai
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 tbsp Tea leaves
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3-4 Cardamom
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 2 Cloves
- 1/2 Inch Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Crushed ginger
How to Make Adrak Masala Chai

Crush cloves, cinnamon stick and cardamom in a mortar pestle. It can also be powdered in a masala grinder. Keep this aside.

Place a saucepan full of water on the stove and bring it a boil.

Add the fresh masala powder and the crushed ginger to the boiling water.

Next, add the sugar and tea leaves. Once the tea leaves releases colour, add the milk and move it off the stove.

Strain the tea and pour it in a cup.

The adrak masala chai is ready!
