Here we bring you another version of kadhi carrying the same sourness of curd gravy but adding in the mushiness of chicken pieces. It is called Chicken Majjiga Pulusu (or Andhra-Style Chicken Kadhi).

Ingredients of Andhra Style Chicken Kadhi
- 1 and a half Cup Besan
- 200 gram Chicken Pieces
- 10-12 Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 large Onion (Sliced)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Green Chilies
- to taste Salt
- Water
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- A pinch of Hing
How to Make Andhra Style Chicken Kadhi

Heat oil (coconut oil, preferably) in a pan, add chicken along with ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and dry masalas.

Then add water and close the lid and cook until water evaporates.

In another bowl, add besan (gram flour), water and mix it well. Now add curd, salt (to taste) and mix again.

Add oil in another pan, fry onion slices, turmeric and green chilies for 2 mins.
5.
Add curd mixture and let it boil for 2 mins.
6.
Once done, add chicken pieces and cook for another 10 mins.

Serve and enjoy!
